About Focaccia Boi
Focaccia Boi is the brain child of Derek Bracho, started back in 2019 as a much needed creative outlet the project has grown beyond our expectations.
Over the years we have been honored to be featured on/in Eater, LA Times (twice!), FoodBeast, Voice of OC, Orange Coast Magazine, SoCal Restaurant Show, SF Gate & Voyage LA.
My passion for good food and community is what propels me to continue learning and growing with my ultimate fully-baked goal in mind of opening a brick and mortar establishment where I can encompass not only bread, but coffee, cheese, wine, beer, and cider.
How to get dat bread
Focaccia Boi is currently operating as a cottage bakery based in the historic Colony neighborhood in Anaheim. You can find focaccia on the menu daily at Colony Wine Merchant, Thank You Coffee, & Daydream Surf Shop. Stay tuned to my instagram for info on other features and pop ups!
